Financial Protection

For the financial protection of customers Apartments Abroad Limited/Resort Taxis operates a Client Account.

Client monies received for a combination of travel arrangements defined as a package by the EC Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 are held in a separate, specifically designated Client Account at the Natwest Bank plc. This account is administered by independent trustees and monies are only released to Apartments Abroad/Resort Taxis in the circumstances specified in paragraph 20 (4) of the above mentioned regulations.

In the case of all other travel arrangements monies pre paid by clients are held in the Client Account until the service has been provided.
