HOW TO BOOK

1. TRAVEL AGENTS
   In order to use the resorttaxis.com web site as a travel agent you must first register. This process takes a couple of minutes and once complete you will receive an Email advising details of your password.
   
   HOW TO REGISTER

1. Click on the "travel agents registration" button which is located in the left hand side menu, you will then be taken to an online form where your agency details are to be entered, Once complete you need to click the "Submit" button. You will then receive an email confirming your login details.
2. Once you have received your email welcoming you to resorttaxis.com you are ready to view, cost and book transfers.
3. To log onto the system click onto the "travel agents login" button which is located on the left hand side menu, you will then be taken to a login page which asks for a username and a password. Once you have entered your username & password you need to click on "login"
4. Once logged in you will be taken to a page where you can either search the bookings that you have already made or  you can make a new booking.

 

2. BOOKING PROCEDURE
   The booking procedure couldn't be simpler, Simply follow the steps below to complete the 5 stage booking process.

1. Go to the Taxi Search and enter the destination, airport, resort and date of travel - then click on "Get Quote"
2. From the results choose the type and number of vehicles required, then click on "Book"
3. Now you need to enter your lead passenger details and then click "Continue"
4. Now you need to enter all the details required and then click "Continue"
5. This is the final stage, You need to review the booking conditions and upon agreement enter the your name in the "Agents ref" box and then click on "Book"
